3) ANNUAL RETURN PER YEAR
Company are required to lodge the Annual Return to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) at each of the anniversary date of the Company. The total cost of the lodgement will wholly be borne by company.
4) AUDIT FEES PER YEAR
Disbursement for auditing inclusive of submission to Company Secretary, travelling, telephone charges, printing and stationery at the fixed rate of RM350.00 per year.
